Material selection
We use polycarbonate, ballistic nylon, ripstop, and other proven materials. Zippers are YKK; hardware is chosen for load and wear.
Construction
Double stitching at stress points, reinforced corners, and abrasion-resistant bases. Seams and joints are built to last.
Testing
Samples are tested for wheel durability, zipper cycles, handle strength, and fabric abrasion. We only approve designs that meet our internal standards.
